Biotech Event Sponsorship

Orbit Biotech in its endeavor to popularise biotechnology events and activities in colleges, provides financial assistance in the form of sponsorships to the biotech colleges/ departments and Universities in the form of cash support. Assistance is offered to organize a Conference/ Seminar/ Symposium/ Workshop.

Who can apply?
The online application for the ‘Biotech Event Sponsorship Scheme’ has to be submitted by the head of the department of the biotechnology department of the concerned college or department of the university ONLY. Any application submitted by a college student will not be entertained.

Financial support structure
Financial support for the event depends on the scale of the event. Usually, an event, where the participant number is more than 200, is supported under this scheme. The financial support ranges from INR 10,000 – INR 1,00,000 per event.

How to apply?

Fill in the Biotech Event Sponsorship Scheme – Application Form – Online submission only.
The application will be screened within 48 hours by the management of Orbit Biotech.
Upon selection, the concerned HOD will be contacted and further documentation will have to be completed by the college.
The final release will be made within 7 days of the completion of the documentation by the college.
